Located less than 20 miles from downtown Seattle, this Class C community was a diamond in the rough.  We saw a workforce community, in a location with stellar demographics and strong housing demand, which had been neglected by its prior owner. We met with residents in English and Spanish, paved the roads, installed a stone entry wall and new landscaping, built a playground for the kids in the community, and installed new manufactured homes.  We have created a community that our residents are proud to call home.
